How long have you been in the industry and how did you get started? I started in the real estate industry in about 2001 and began TCing in about 2008. Applied for a receptionist position for an independent real estate company and got the job. About 5 years later that company became a part of RE/MAX Gold.

What do you love most about your work? The agents. Blessed to have a really good group that I have the pleasure to work with. They are super supportive in my work and personal stuff.

Meet Morgan!

How long have you been in the industry and how did you get started?

Joining the industry in 2022, I started off as an Office Administrator, and have now moved up to Admin/Transaction Coordinator in 2023.

How long have you worked with RE/MAX Gold?

I have been working for RE/MAX Gold since August 2022. I began as an Admin in our Sonora office, soon after began Admin/File Review for our 4 offices in the Foothills, and now becoming a TC.

What do you love most about your work?

I love being able to help the Agents in any way possible, being that first face to greet them anytime of day. I am here to help and make their life just a little bit easier! My focus is to ensure my attention to detail, time management, and organization is aligned every step of the way.

Do you have any favorite hobbies or activities outside of work?

I love spending time outdoors, spending time with family, cooking up new recipes in the kitchen, and getting myself too involved with DIY projects.

My name is Farah Bagwill, I am an accomplished transaction coordinator who obtained my real estate license at the young age of 19. With a passion for real estate and a lineage deeply rooted in the industry, my father, a custom home builder in the Monterey Bay area, served as a significant source of inspiration.

I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table, I understand the intricacies of the real estate market and possess a keen eye for detail. My commitment to excellence shines through in every transaction they oversee, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for all parties involved.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I find joy in my role as a parent to three amazing children. Family is at the core of my being, and I strive to create a nurturing and supportive environment for my family..

When I'm not immersed in the world of real estate, I can be found indulging in my love for sports, particularly soccer. I was working as an escrow assistant for 6 years when I was asked to join RE//MAX Star Properties in 2006 as an Office Manager/Transaction Coordinator.

How long have you been in the Industry and how did you get started?

My real estate career started in 2002 when I was office manager for a real estate appraisal company. In 2011, I started working in an admin role for the brokers of a real estate company. I obtained my real estate license in 2017.

I joined RE/MAX GOLD in Gardnerville in December 2023.

What do you Love most about your work?

My passion is real estate and helping clients find their dream homes. I also enjoy helping agents have more time building their client relationships while I make their file as complete/compliant as possible.

Debbie has been a Northern Nevada resident since 1997 and embraces the many activities and entertainment that this area provides year round, Lake Tahoe is a favorite place for a quick drive in the summer and a day at the beach! An avid "boxer", Debbie enjoys taking her boxing classes as often as she can get them in for her exercise (non contact, just hitting the heavy bags!) and loves her sports teams! How long have you been in the industry and how did you get started? I’ve been in the industry since 2018, first as an assistant, and then moving to a TC.

How long have you worked with RE/MAX Gold? As of Sept 2023

What do you love most about your work? I love working with all different personalities types and getting to be detail oriented. I was a Math major in college, so I love logical/process oriented things.

Meet Melissa!

Melissa started in real estate in 2012 as a Transaction Coordinator (TC) for a busy RE/MAX team in Vacaville and also worked previously as the Administrator for the Vallejo/Benicia offices. Melissa then worked for several years as a Broker’s Assistant while studying to obtain a real estate license. Previous work experience includes Operations Management for a local real estate office before stepping back into TC work with RE/MAX Gold. Melissa said, “returning to RE/MAX has brought me full circle!”

Meet Kristen!

I have been working with RE/MAX Gold in beautiful Lake County since 2020 when we moved with our family from the Bay Area. I started at the office as an Administrator and added the TMS TC role in 2021. I love working with our agents in many parts of Northern California, and learning and working with other TCs on our team. RE/MAX Gold really does have kind, generous, hard-working agents and team members that make coming into the office a joy.

Outside of work I am super busy raising my three daughters. I am an assistant Coach on our Cheerleading team, Dance mom, and we love taking our boat out on Clear Lake in our free time for waterskiing and knee-boarding. I feel so lucky to live in this beautiful area.

How long have you been in the industry and how did you get started? In about 2006, I started as a real estate closer at a credit union, then I worked for 2 years as an escrow assistant.

As a transaction coordinator, I’m passionate about delivering results and ensuring smooth operations. After working in the Bay Area, I brought my passion for transaction coordinating to the Sacramento area, where I continue to streamline processes and improve efficiency. How long have you been in the industry and how did you get started?
I began my career in 1999 as a Loan Processor and Underwriter. In 2003, I relocated to a new city where my previous mortgage company had no branches. This transition led me to a position as a Transaction Coordinator at a Real Estate Company, a role I have proudly held ever since.

What do you love most about your work?
One of the aspects I love most about my work is the people I have the privilege to interact with daily. Building lasting relationships motivates me profoundly, and I genuinely enjoy collaborating with such an amazing group of individuals.

How long have you been in the industry and how did you get started? Since 2013. My husband has been a RE/MAX Gold Agent for 20 years.

How long have you worked with RE/MAX Gold? What do you love most about your work? I have worked with RE/MAX Gold since 2013. The most enjoyable part of my work is constantly learning new things about the process of the Real Estate Transaction. There are so many variables.

How long have you been in the industry and how did you get started? I started in the Real Estate Industry in 2003 as a receptionist and became a Transaction Coordinator in 2017.

How long have you worked with RE/MAX Gold? Started with RE/MAX Gold in 2006. Shortly after I moved to Fort Carson, Colorado. RE/MAX has an amazing referral network, I was able to transition to a RE/MAX in Colorado! However, the California sun called me back and RE/MAX Gold rehired me in 2015!

How long have you been in the industry and how did you get started? I got started in 2015. I knew nothing about Real Estate and started as a receptionist in my former employment. I took a liking to the office environment and learned what I could from anyone who could teach me. My aunt is a part-time Realtor who pretty much introduced me to the industry.

How long have you been in the industry and how did you get started? I have been in the Real Estate business since 1998. I started off as an intern with a local Real Estate/Mortgage company in Auburn and was hooked ever since. I have worked with local Real Estate agents and worked as a virtual transaction coordinator since 2000.
